Nintendo has been in the business of creating games as far back as we can all remember. All throughout these years, it has withstood the test of time and competition. A few years back, Nintento came up with the Wii, which is pronounced as the English word “Wii.” It will revolutionize gaming. The controller of the Wii is different from that of Playstation and XBOX. The joystick is used by the other companies like Playstation and XBOX. On the other hand, the controller of the Wii looks more like a remote control. It looks strange at first, but once you know the mechanics, you would realize why it was shaped that way. The controller of the Wii contains solid state of the art accelerometers that can sense:
a. tilting and rotation up and down; b. left and right tilting and rotation; c. rotation along the main axis which is similar to the rotation of a screwdriver; d. acceleration up and down; e. left and right acceleration; and f. acceleration forward and backward.
Using this controller, it is much easier to accurately go to a particular position.
The Wii games are a bit pricy so in order to protect the software, you should back it up. To back up Wii games, you need a software called Homebrew which is however not supported by Nintendo. However, you need to copy Wii games so in case it gets corrupted, you will have a file to go back to. You may also burn Wii games in a CD so you can use the copy and leave the original untouched. If you use an external hard drive, the loading will be faster.
All said, the combination of a motion sensitive controller and super rich and crisp graphics are not at all risky decisions. The one thing that makes the Wii stand out and exceed the features of the products of Microsoft and Sony is the controller. It is also user-friendly making it usable even by Grandfathers and little girls. In the next months, Nintendo will be releasing the Wifi version of the Wii.
Are you an extreme gamer? Be practical and save your Wii games by reading guides on how to copy wii games. When the file you are using gets corrupted, it would be convenient to have a back up so you can reinstall the software. For more information visit our website backup wii games

There are many kids, teenagers and adults who are addicted to playing Wii games. They delight in the smooth texture of the graphics as well as the crisp sounds. One can spend an entire day playing the Wii games and many people purchase these games although they are quite expensive. So, many people backup Wii games in their external drives in order to protect the expensive CDs. Guides on how to backup Wii games have been posted all over the internet, but due to copyright, they have been pulled down. One of the best advantage of backing up your Wii game is the fast loading.
In easybackup wizard review, it shows a step by step guide on how to backup Wii games games in as little as 10 minutes. You have to be really cautious about messing around with your Wii. This is because it is a closed hardware and monkeying around with it may cause you to brick your toy. This is why the guides must be followed strictly so bricking your Wii would not be possible.
A single Wii game has at least 2GB of memory. For the entire process, you would need an old SD card. Any old 512MB or 1GB will do. You would also need an external hard drive which has enough memory space for all the Wii games you want to install. Finally, you would need a Wii with the Homebrew channel installed.
The Homebrew channel is a software that has the ability to run a gaming software in the Wii. The game may or may not be sanctioned by Nintendo. This is why having a Homebrew installed is convenient because it can let you upload games which were made by your friends, and not just those created by Nintendo. You can download the Homebrew in the internet for free. Although you have to be wary about getting your Homebrew from shady sites because it might brick or bug your computer.
The best thing about having a backup of your Wii games is that, in the event that your SD card goes bad, you can again restore your Wii games. You no longer need to buy a new CD or SD for it. Nintendo does not want you to use Homebrew because it wants control over how their software are used.
Do you want to protect your Wii games? Why don’t you try to backup wii games using Homebrew? If you play your Wii game from an exterbal hard drivie, the loading time would be a lot faster. For more information visit EasyBackupWizard review
When it comes to the Nintendo consoles it is one of the most popular consoles in the world and I bet that almost everyone in this world at least knows how one looks, if they didn’t really get the chance to play some awesome games on it. As we all know, when the Nintendo era begun there were a lot of titles that have been released and because of that, not all of them got the merits they deserved to, so this means that many titles were just not played as much as others. But this will change soon as with the Nintendo Wii, you will be able to enjoy titles of the past that you always wanted to play, but never got the chance or just couldn’t buy them for your specific console.
And we all know that when it comes to old disks, they would be easy to scratch and due to this you weren’t able to delve into playing the games the same way that you were used to. Sometimes, due to scratches, they will develop glitches or they will not run at all.
But there is nothing to worry about any longer for the solution is here and it is something that will always save you when you will be dealing with a scratched disc and a game that you so badly want to play. The homebrew wii app is an app that doesn’t only allow you to play your favorite games, but you can also run different software using it and also DVDs.
The name of this software is actually “Homebrew installer” and when you will get to run it, you will be guided by it through the required steps for installing the app and then unlocking your console. This is a program that will make use of a fool proof method, so you can be sure that you will not go wrong with it. After the software will be successfully installed, you will be able to play any regionally coded game or imported titles.
On top of that, there are many other games you will be able to play that were originally designed for other platforms, so this adds up to the number of games you will now be able to fill your time with. The best news about this type of software is that it is perfectly legal, so you will not have to worry about the cops knocking on your door and requesting your mom to take you into custody.
So what can be more fun than to unlock wii and delve into playing all of those nice games that you never had the chance to play on your console yet but loved since childhood?

Question by Nathan: Will Gecko OS 1.9.3.1 Work with version 4.1U on my Wii?
I recently got into “Texture Hacking” to get skins for “Super Smash Brothers Brawl”. I purchased “New Super Mario Bros. Wii” and it forced me to update to 4.1. I have read that using Gecko OS on the new updates can kill your Wii so I’m a little scared. I would just reformat my Wii but “Mario Kart”, “Super Smash Bros. Brawl”, and “Guitar Hero” wont let me copy their data onto my SD card. I really don’t feel like unlocking all that stuff again so is there another way to “un-update” my console or does the latest version of Gecko OS work with 4.1?
Best answer:
Answer by Justin As long as you already have the Homebrew channel and such installed properly, you can download the newer version of Gecko OS as a regular app. I have a 4.2U Wii and it worked fine for mine.

Answer by Pupusaman/Alex The ones you said plus:
Can anyone give me some Wii Points?
How come the Wii sux?
Can the Wii play DVD’s?
How come there aren’t any M rated games?
Can the Wii play Blu Ray discs?
Oh, I though questions only in the Wii section. Well also questions like asking if you want to trade MS for Wii Points and questions on modding anything. That is why I don’t go to the Other-Games and Gear section anymore. I was a TC there but now all the questions there are about modding which I don’t give a crap about.
